Confirmation All training sessions must be confirmed by payment in full within 72 hours of the date and your signature in the last section of this form. If payment arrangements need to be made, please contact Pupular Trendz by Jen within the 72-hour time period. Once this time period has lapsed without payment or arrangements, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Methods of Payment Credit or Debit can be sent via Paypal, or E-transfer to pupulartrendz@gmail.com. If paying by Paypal, a link can be requested through email, or can be found under our payment & special offers page on this website. Note: for custom/specialty sessions, payment options are only through Paypal link via email, or E-transfer due to varied pricing. Refund Policy *ALL CANCELLATIONS - Our sessions are tailored to specific age groups. As a result, rescheduling will only be available to dogs within the defined age ranges. Please contact us with any questions. 1. Schedule Change Policy: We retain the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the time and date of our training services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including intermittent weather conditions. Should Pupular Trendz by Jen make any schedule adjustments, you are entitled to replacement sessions, or a refund for any unused session time. 2. Basic Training: Registration cancellations must be made with notification either written or verbal to Pupular Trendz by Jen within 5 days of confirmation. A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. After 5 days, your payment is non-refundable however, you may reschedule your sessions. 3. Specialty Sessions: As these sessions are custom designed to meet your specific needs, they are non-refundable due to the preparation involved. You have the option to reschedule these sessions. 4. Emergency Cancellations: Please contact us to review any circumstances beyond your control for refund approval at the discretion of Pupular Trendz by Jen. Missed Sessions Applies to Custom Training and In-Person Consultations - we travel up to an hour within our specified regions. If we arrive for your scheduled session without your prior notification of cancellation or rescheduling, a compensation fee of $80.00 will be required before we can proceed with any future sessions. Should this compensation fee remain unpaid by your next scheduled session, we reserve the right to cancel any remaining sessions and classify them as non-refundable. Client Refusal We hold both our human and canine clients in high regard. Our clientele is a reflection of our values, and as such, we carefully select them. We reserve the right to decline any client before confirmation or at any point during sessions for the following reasons: ● Disrespectful behaviour towards the trainer, or any participants present in the training session ● Disrespectful behaviour, or inhumane actions towards any dog present in the training session ● Endangerment of any kind towards any dog or person present in the training session ● Physical force or punishment, including intimidating reprimands during the training session ● Behaviour that is confrontational or contentious towards the trainer ● Aggressive behaviour or safety risks displayed by any dog present in the training session. These issues need to be disclosed at the time of registration. Any use of the following tools that are against the standards followed by The International Positive Dog Training Association: ○ Choke chains ○ Pinch (prong) collars ○ Shock collars ○ Spray collars and devices ○ Head collars ○ Retractable leashes ○ Noise making devices *Acceptable are the following: ○ Properly fitted buckle collars ○ Front-loading body harnesses (also available for purchase through Pupular Trendz by Jen) ○ Leashes featuring loop handles (ranging from 4 to 6 feet) crafted from materials such as, or similar to nylon, polycotton blend, leather, or chew-proof chain leashes when needed Declaration Dogs are animals and as such can be unpredictable. They have the potential of displaying unwanted behaviours without warning. Working with dogs is not without risk to students, family members, guests, other dogs and possessions. Release From Liability Due to the unpredictability of animal behaviour, and the inability to control the behaviour of other participants, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnity, agree to hold harmless and to release from Liability, Pupular Trendz by Jen, Jennifer Sauder, and any other related names and combination of names or associates, for any and all risks involved with the associated training consultations and/or sessions, and any and all direct or indirect results thereafter. Indemnity The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnity, agree to hold harmless and to release from Liability, for any claim by any person or company against Pupular Trendz by Jen, Jennifer Sauder, and any other related names and combination of names or associates, including the legal costs to defend any such claim, whether or not the damages are caused in whole or in part by the negligence, actions or inactions of any of these parties. *Please list below all participants attending any or all training sessions.
